Franklin’s BBQ
World famous Franklin;s BBQ! I have been looking forward to this for a long time. Met a buddy, stood in line for three hours, met a lot of nice foody people, and waited with anticipation. Atmosphere was fun, staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious! Brisket is my focus and Franklin’s brisket does not disappoint. After sampling brisket across Texas, I can no longer say one is the absolute best over another. However, what I can say is that a select few have reached “Brisket Nirvana”, and Franklin’s is one of them. Go, wait in line, meet new people, enjoy the event! It’s worth the experience!!!
